What Our Delivery Service Includes
When you choose delivery, we prepare your order fresh and transport it using our catering equipment to ensure quality and food safety. Upon arrival, our team will:

Proper Transportation of Hot & Cold Foods
Food safety and quality are top priorities in our delivery process. Every order is packed and transported to maintain proper temperatures from our kitchen to your event.
- Hot foods are placed in insulated catering carriers designed to retain heat and protect freshness during transport. We have invested in power invertors in our vans to maintain Commercial-grade heated holding cabinets. This guarantees hot food stays hot until we’re ready to deliver at whatever distance we are traveling.
- Cold items such as slaw, salads, desserts, and beverages are packed separately in temperature-controlled containers to keep them properly chilled.
- Hot and cold foods are never transported together, ensuring each item arrives at the correct serving temperature.
- Orders are carefully organized and labeled to allow for quick setup and smooth service upon arrival.
- Our delivery trucks are regularly inspected by our staff as well as the Health Department.
