Rewarding your loyalty is easy with our Catering Loyalty Program. Every catering order you place through our Flex Catering website earns points that can be redeemed for real savings on future orders. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us again and again.
How the Catering Loyalty Program Works
- Customers earn loyalty points based on total dollars spent.
- Points are earned automatically on eligible purchases made through our Flex website.
- Each point equals $1 when redeemed.
- Points can be applied as a discount toward future catering orders.

Earning & Redeeming Points
- Loyalty points are earned based on your total spending.
- Points may be redeemed during checkout as a dollar-for-dollar discount.
- Example:
- Spend $500 → Earn 50 points
- Redeem 50 points → Save $50 on a future order
Refunds & Loyalty Points
To keep the program fair and accurate for all customers:
- If an order is refunded, earned loyalty points may be removed from the customer’s account.
- This prevents situations where points are earned on refunded purchases.
- Our goal is to maintain a transparent and trustworthy rewards system that delivers real value.
Loyalty Points & Invoice (House Account) Orders
When using the Invoice / House Account payment option, loyalty points work slightly differently:
What to Know:
- Customers may apply loyalty points to multiple unpaid website orders.
- The system will show the loyalty discount applied at checkout—even if the combined discounts exceed the current points balance.
- Points are not deducted until payment is made on the first order.
Important:
- Once the first order is paid, the loyalty points balance updates.
- If insufficient points remain, any additional unpaid orders will show this message at payment:
- “Loyalty discount cannot be applied. Insufficient points.”
This ensures accurate point usage while allowing flexibility during the ordering process.
